What towing equipment do I need?
We confirm the exact ball size, electrical plug, brake-controller requirement and minimum tow rating before approving the rental.
Is a damage deposit required?
If a refundable damage deposit applies, it is confirmed before rental approval and returned after the trailer is inspected, less any valid charges under the rental agreement.
Can you deliver the trailer?
No. CTX Equipment Group currently offers customer pickup only at 1006 W Main Street, Little River-Academy, Texas. Pickup and return are by appointment after confirmation.
What materials are prohibited?
No hazardous, flammable, toxic, medical or illegal material. Concrete, dirt, roofing and other heavy materials may have separate load limits. Review the rental terms before loading.
