CTX Equipment Group respects the privacy of customers who use this website and its reservation calendar.
Information we collect
When you submit a reservation request, we may collect your requested rental dates, name, email address, phone number, and the details you choose to provide about your project or tow vehicle.
How we use it
- To review availability and respond to your reservation request.
- To communicate about approval, pickup, pricing, deposit terms, and rental requirements.
- To maintain booking records and prevent conflicting reservations.
Reservation information is stored in the website’s WordPress booking system and is limited to authorized site administrators. CTX Equipment Group does not sell reservation information.
Payments and identification
The reservation calendar does not collect payment-card information, driver’s-license uploads, or other identity documents. If those items are required to finalize a rental, CTX Equipment Group will explain the process separately.

Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and selected actions such as phone and email contact clicks. Google and Meta may use cookies and device identifiers to provide reporting and improve advertising measurement.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking details, payment information, or form contents through these browser events. Visitors can use browser privacy controls and Google or Meta ad settings to limit this activity.
