PRE-RENTAL CHECKLIST
This checklist helps customers prepare useful information for rental review. It does not replace the approved operating instructions or a site-specific safety plan.
Express interest on the reservation calendar
Before submitting the request
Choose the project dates, identify the expected material, estimate the work sequence, and confirm there is a suitable place to load and use the trailer.
Before customer pickup
Complete the tow-setup review, read the confirmed rental instructions, and ask about anything that is unclear. Do not collect the trailer before approval.
Before loading
Keep people clear, inspect the work area, follow the material instructions, and use the approved loading plan. Never guess at an unpublished capacity or connection requirement.
Before moving or unloading
Make sure the trailer and load are secure and follow the confirmed operating instructions. Stop if the site, trailer, connection, or load does not match the approved plan.
Before return
Allow time to finish the cleanup, follow the return-condition instructions, and return the trailer within the confirmed rental period.
