TOW SETUP AND CUSTOMER PICKUP
A tow setup must match the actual trailer and project. CTX Equipment verifies the vehicle and connection details before approval instead of publishing assumptions that may not fit a customer's setup.
Express interest on the reservation calendar
Start with the vehicle information
Be ready to provide the tow vehicle details requested during the reservation review. The vehicle must be assessed for the trailer and proposed project.
Confirm the connection
Hitch, ball, wiring, brake, and other connection requirements depend on the actual setup. Use only the configuration confirmed by CTX Equipment.
Account for the planned load
Towing approval is not based on the empty trailer alone. Describe the material and project accurately so the full rental plan can be reviewed.
Secure the trailer and load
The customer is responsible for following the confirmed connection, loading, and securement instructions. Stop and ask questions before pickup when any part of the setup is unclear.
Use the calendar first
Check dates and submit the request through the reservation calendar. Call or text 512-962-2091 when the tow-setup questions require a direct answer.
