Términos de alquiler

Esta página explica el proceso de reservación del sitio para el remolque hidráulico de volteo de 6×14 de CTX Equipment Group. Una solicitud en el calendario no es un alquiler confirmado ni el contrato final. Online payment will be enabled only after the trailer, insurance, tax settings, final agreement, and Stripe account are ready.

Reservaciones y disponibilidad

  • Seleccione en el calendario las fechas solicitadas de recogida y devolución.
  • Dates are confirmed only after CTX Equipment Group approves availability, the rental agreement is signed, and all required payment succeeds.
  • Submitting a request does not reserve the trailer and does not collect payment.

Reservation and security deposits

  • The rental charge is paid before pickup as a non-refundable reservation deposit and is applied to the approved rental.
  • After a reservation is accepted, the reservation deposit is retained if the customer does not complete the agreement, misses the scheduled pickup, and does not respond to two written contact attempts.
  • A separate $250 refundable security deposit is also due. If the trailer was never released to the customer, the security deposit is refunded.
  • If the trailer was released, the security deposit may be applied to late return, damage, cleaning, recovery, or other amounts permitted by the signed rental agreement. Any remaining refundable amount is returned according to that agreement.

Card pricing and payment

  • The exact card total is shown before payment. Standard domestic online card processing is included in the displayed card price so it is not added as a surprise at checkout.
  • Applicable taxes and any approved additional rental charges are disclosed before payment and included in the final total.
  • A payment that fails or is abandoned does not confirm or hold a reservation.

Recogida and return

  • CTX Equipment Group does not offer delivery. The customer must pick up and return the trailer by appointment at 1006 W Main Street, Little River-Academy, TX 76554.
  • Recogida and return are by appointment only. The appointment must be scheduled and confirmed before arrival.
  • The customer must call or text 512-962-2091 at least 30 minutes before the confirmed pickup or return appointment.
  • Recogida and return are not available without a confirmed appointment.
  • A 30-minute grace period applies after the scheduled return time. Beginning 31 minutes late, a $35 late-return fee applies for each started hour, up to $140. After that, each additional 24-hour period or part is charged at $140.
  • If a delay may affect the scheduled return, the customer must contact CTX Equipment Group immediately. Any extension must be approved before the scheduled return time and is subject to trailer availability.

Responsabilidades del arrendatario

  • El arrendatario es responsable de usar un vehículo de remolque adecuado y cumplir todos los requisitos legales de remolque.

  • The trailer must be returned on time and in the agreed condition. Damage, overloading, cleaning, late-return, and recovery charges are governed by the final signed rental agreement.
